93p, Wine Advocate: The Suavia 2018 Soave Classico Monte Carbonare is a generous, mid-weight expression of Garganega with lots of stone and epic fruit intensity. Aromas of peach, melon and Golden Delicious apple are beautifully interwoven with crushed stone and dusty mineral. The overall effect builds in intensity and is really quite beautiful, albeit sharply focused and linear. You might pair it with a seared ahi tuna poke bowl with avocado.
