Packaged in a squat, screw-cap bottle, the Suavia 2021 Soave Classico is an organic expression of 100% Garganega. The unoaked wine is shy to open, but it does peel back eventually to various citrus aromas. Lemon curd and white rose cede to crushed flint stone that recalls the volcanic soils found in these vineyards. It offers medium density and balanced freshness.
