“Sourced from the Kinheim Hubertuslay, picked without any botrytis between eight and nine o’clock in the morning of December 22 at minus-eight degrees Celsius and based on the second, third and fourth pressing, the 2021 Riesling Eiswein is crystal clear and aromatic on the fine and elegant, super bright and spicy nose that exhibits perfectly clear lychee aromas. Round and intense on the palate, this is a concentrated, highly refined and piquant Eiswein Riesling with a long and saline finish that is carried on knife-sharp but playful acidity.
