Marions Valpolicella DOC Borgomarcellise är en blandning av druvsorterna Corvina, Rondinella, Corvinone och Croatina. Druvorna handskördas i små lådor och avstjälkas helt. Efter en kallmaceration på 24–36 timmar följer en kort, spontan jäsning med naturlig jäst vid kontrollerad temperatur, utan eller med minimal efterföljande skalkontakt. Cirka 20% av vinet lagras i neutrala botti (stora ekfat), medan resten mognar i rostfria ståltankar.

A highly approachable and informal red wine, the Marion 2022 Valpolicella Borgo boasts a contemporary drinking style with a light ruby appearance and a graciously low 12.5% alcohol content. This pretty wine would wash down easily with wood-fired pizza or outdoor barbecue. The bouquet shows a point of rusticity with elements of wild cherry, dried rosebud and crushed white peppercorn. You get authenticity and charm. I love this style of value wine, and I think you will too.
