100% Pinot Noir, an Ambonnay varietal, is combined in equal parts with the elegant varietal Chardonnay. 70% comes the year’s harvest, whilst 30% is reserve wine, with 30% from reserve wines from 30 different years stored in oak barrels (a method similar to solera aging).
